SILVER FLAG
Headquarters United States Air Forces in Europe and Air Forces Africa (HQ USAFE-AFAFRICA) Civil Engineer Division is proud to offer the opportunity for partner nation engineers to train alongside US Air Force engineers at our Silver Flag contingency engineer training conducted at Ramstein Air Base, Germany. During Silver Flag, engineers gain hands-on experience with base beddown planning, establishment, recovery, and Airfield Damage Repair (ADR). By working together, we can build a common understanding of respective conditions, capabilities, and limitations in our tactics, techniques, and procedures to enhance interoperability across the European theater. Additionally, we would like to use Silver Flag as an opportunity to plan future engineer engagements, exercises, training opportunities. If you would like additional information on Silver Flag or would like to sign up to observe or attend, please contact the below individuals listed under “Points of Contact.”
Aim
Provide contingency training free from home station constraints, where Expeditionary Combat Support teams can train, interact, and complete functional area contingency operations in a realistic, integrated environment for rapid deployment…ANYTIME…ANYWHERE!"
Upcoming Events
We are offering two opportunities:
1) Observe
For any partner who is unfamiliar with US Air Force engineer capabilities or Silver Flag training, we offer an opportunity for a small team to "observe" a portion of the training to understand what we can offer before you fully commit to a class.
2) Participate
Select this option to participate and attend the full 10-day training course.
